SHIPPING POLICY

Free standard shipping in the Continental US for orders over $79.00. Offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI, etc.

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to track your order.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after your purchase. You will be issued a store credit for the price of the items you are returning by way of a coupon code once we’ve received the items. Eligible items for return or exchange must have all tags intact, and cannot be worn, washed or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse items that don’t meet this criteria.

You are responsible for return shipping and handling fees. Eligible items for return or exchanges must be postmarked no later than 14 days after purchase.

Highway Daisy is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund.

If you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective items, please email highwaydaisy@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery and provide information, photos and your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and will provide store credit for eligible returns.

All sale items, accessories, bags and intimate apparel are final sale.
